Owner Carmen Villagran has over 20 years of experience working in the beauty salon industry. She opened her hair salon in 2007 after having worked at an up-scale salon--Regis Salon, in Tanforan Mall. Since then her business has expanded into a full-service salon.The inspiration for the name Dreams came from her aspiration to one day own her own business, and this she has successfully accomplished.The idea of dreams also plays a key role in how Carmen and her staff treat their customers. "Customers come into the salon and they aren't always sure of what they want," she says. "I listen to them carefully and try to fulfill their dreams of how they want to look." --Carmen Villagran |
